When will my package arrive?
We try our best to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received your order.
Delivery typically takes 8-14 business days after we ship. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number is usually available 1-2 days after fulfillment.
Please note, due to current shipping delays, your package may take a bit longer to arrive. We’re just as excited as you are and working hard to get everything to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

How much is shipping?
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For all other orders, shipping is a flat rate of $7 USD or $9 AUD.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US and Australia. We look forward to taking Good Side to more places in the future.

Can my package ship faster?

Will my gift arrive by December 25th?
Order by December 3rd to ensure delivery before December 25th. After that, we can't guarantee arrival by December 25th.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
We understand that minds change. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll do our very best to make the update for you. If your package is already on its way to you, all good! You can initiate a return once it arrives.
What is Good Side's return policy?
We want to create the everyday essentials of your dreams, so if you’re not 100% good with your new go-tos, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.
We offer free returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed essentials in their original packaging as long as they’re returned within 30 days of the ship date.
Once we receive your return or exchange request, we’ll send you further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label via email.
Please note, digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also don’t refund original shipping and handling fees, but good news, we do cover return shipping!

How do I start a return?

Select the piece(s) you want to return for a refund.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.
Print out the shipping label and place it onto your return package. Then drop off your return package at your nearest USPS or Australia Post location.
Once we receive and check your returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Allow 2-3 business days once everything is received for us to process your refund. Your refund will appear within 5-10 business days of processing.
Please note, we don’t refund original shipping and handling fees, but good news, we do cover return shipping!
How do I start an exchange?
You can request an exchange here.
Select the piece(s) you want to exchange for store credit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.
Print out the shipping label and place it onto your exchange package. Then drop off your exchange package at your nearest USPS or Australia Post location.
Once we receive and check your exchange item(s), we’ll send you store credit in the original purchase amount via a digital gift card by email. Place a new order using your digital gift card code at checkout and we’ll send it to you ASAP. For pieces that are priced higher than your exchanged item(s), you can pay the difference at checkout. For pieces that are priced lower than your exchanged item(s), good news, your digital gift card never expires so you can use it to shop with us again in your (well-rested) future.
Allow 2-3 business days once everything is received on our end for us to process your exchange.

Our silk is OEKO-TEX certified, which means that in every step of the creation process, from raw materials to end product, it’s free of hazardous chemicals, toxins and irritants.
Our custom colors are made with environmentally-friendly dyes, so they’re gentle on you, our dye-house workers and the planet.
All wastewater is treated and cleaned onsite before being discharged.
Our fully recyclable, FSC-certified boxes, tissue paper, tags and postcards are all printed with eco-conscious, soy-based inks and made from 100% recycled material. In efforts to reduce our packaging waste, we place all pieces from one order into as few boxes as possible.
Our acid-free stickers are made from FSC-certified, recycled paper and printed with soy-based inks.
Our 100% compostable mailer is made from biodegradable PBAT, plant-based PLA and cornstarch. It breaks down within 180 days, leaving zero harmful residue behind.
Our partner factory in China is audited annually by Sedex, an organization that works to ensure fair remuneration and safe conditions in global supply chains. All employees at our factory receive equal pay without discrimination and have the right to unionize.
How do I compost the mailer bag?
Our 100% compostable mailer is made from plant-based materials and certified for both home and commercial composting.
After removing the shipping label and adhesive strip from the mailer, place it in your compost bin at home (not recycling or trash!), or take it to your local composting center.
It will break down within 180 days, leaving zero harmful residue behind.
What kind of dyes do you use?
Our custom colors are made with eco-friendly dyes, and free of harmful chemicals and irritants, so they’re gentle on you, our dye-house workers and the planet.
What happens to the wastewater created in the dyeing process?
Our factory has a wastewater treatment facility onsite through which all wastewater is treated and cleaned before it is discharged.
What does Good Side do to support communities?
We believe that when you take care of yourself, you open up space to take care of other people and the world. As part of our commitment to doing good, we want to give back to the communities we live and dream in.
We’re currently donating 1% of our sales to Women for Women International in support of their work to create sustainable change for women survivors of war and conflict, their families and their communities.

What materials do you use?
All our good essentials are made from 6A, 22-momme 100% Mulberry silk.
What does 6A mean?
6A means that our silk is the finest, highest quality silk. It’s so soft and airy, you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.
What is 22 momme?
To achieve that right balance of long-lasting and light, we use 22-momme silk, which means it’s durable, but not too heavy, making it good in bed and on you.
What is sandwashed silk?
Sandwashed silk undergoes a washing process that treats the silk to give it a super soft feel and more matte look.
Sandwashing silk also allows you to machine wash the silk without shrinking it or causing any changes in texture. All the good stuff!
