How can I track my package?
Good news! You can follow your package’s journey from when it ships to when it arrives at your front door.
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number is usually available 1-2 days after fulfillment.
If you haven’t received your tracking number, email us at hello@good-side.co, and we'll gladly help you out!
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We understand that minds change. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us at hello@good-side.co as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll do our very best to make the update for you. If your package is already on its way to you, all good! You can initiate a return once it arrives.
What is Good Side's return policy?
We want to create the everyday essentials of your dreams, so if you’re not 100% good with your new go-tos, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.
We offer free returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed essentials in their original packaging as long as they’re returned within 30 days of the ship date.
Once we receive your return or exchange request, we’ll send you further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label via email.
Please note, digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also don’t refund original shipping and handling fees, but good news, we do cover return shipping!

How do I start a return?

Select the piece(s) you want to return for a refund.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.
Print out the shipping label and place it onto your return package. Then drop off your return package at your nearest USPS or Australia Post location.
Once we receive and check your returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Allow 2-3 business days once everything is received for us to process your refund. Your refund will appear within 5-10 business days of processing.
Please note, we don’t refund original shipping and handling fees, but good news, we do cover return shipping!
How do I start an exchange?
You can request an exchange here.
Select the piece(s) you want to exchange for store credit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.
Print out the shipping label and place it onto your exchange package. Then drop off your exchange package at your nearest USPS or Australia Post location.
Once we receive and check your exchange item(s), we’ll send you store credit in the original purchase amount via a digital gift card by email. Place a new order using your digital gift card code at checkout and we’ll send it to you ASAP. For pieces that are priced higher than your exchanged item(s), you can pay the difference at checkout. For pieces that are priced lower than your exchanged item(s), good news, your digital gift card never expires so you can use it to shop with us again in your (well-rested) future.
Allow 2-3 business days once everything is received on our end for us to process your exchange.
